Ernest (Jamie) Holden, DMD, Joins PCHC Dental Center

Penobscot Community Health Care (PCHC) is pleased to announce that Ernest (Jamie) Holden, DMD, has joined the staff of PCHC Dental Center, 1048 Union Street, Bangor to provide high-quality oral health care, including management of medically complex patients.

Dr. Holden received his undergraduate degree from Quinnipiac University and his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he completed a two-year Dental Residency Program, serving as Chief Resident in his second year. Dr. Holden is also certified in oral sedation.

Philip Higgins, Jr., DMD, Chief Dental Officer, states, “PCHC’s Dental Center is pleased to be working with Dr. Holden. His experience as head resident at one of the country’s most prestigious residencies will continue to insure that our patients receive the dental care they need in a timely and efficient manner. Dr. Holden brings extensive experience in hospital dentistry to our facility that will allow us to expand our treatment of medically compromised and special needs patients. His addition to our staff represents another effort by PCHC to continue to meet the needs of all patients, including patient groups that have found it difficult to find a dental home.”
