Josh D’Alessio is a substance use counselor, clinical supervisor, and healthcare leader who specializes in homeless services. He directs his energies toward improved population health outcomes through social determinants and focuses considerable energies on system design as vice-chair of Maine’s Continuum of Care Board and position as a legislatively appointed member of the Statewide Homeless Council.
