Dr. Wendy Wolf to Speak at Annual Meeting
Penobscot Community Health Care (PCHC) is pleased to welcome esteemed healthcare leader Wendy J. Wolf, M.D., M.P.H., to tonight’s Annual Meeting in Brewer. Dr. Wolf is the founding President and CEO of the Maine Health Access Foundation (MeHAF), the state’s largest private health philanthropy.
For over 13 years, Dr. Wolf has worked hand-in-hand with MeHAF to expand access and improve the health of Maine people, particularly those who are uninsured and undeserved. Dr. Wolf has guided the foundation’s engagement in public policy and positioned the foundation as a leader in Maine’s philanthropic sector. She has authorized numerous scientific publications, and is a nationally recognized speaker on health care policy and professional development. Dr. Wolf currently services on the board of directors for Grantmakers in Health, and services on the Maine Community Foundation Board.
PCHC’s Annual Meeting will take place Tuesday, May 28th at 5pm at Brewer Medical Center, located at 735 Wilson Street in Brewer. Dr. Wolf’s keynote is scheduled to begin at 6pm and will focus on the revolution of health care.
