Patient Portal

Patient Portal Information

Our Patient Portal is available to help you conveniently manage your care. Through the portal, you can access your medical records, visit summaries, request prescriptions, view billing information, and securely message your provider—making it easier to stay connected to your care team.

Important: If you used our previous portal, you will need to create a new account, as enrollments do not transfer.

Enrollment is available during your visit, and our team is happy to assist you. If you’d like to get started sooner, please call our call center and we can send you a portal registration invitation.

Additional Tools & Tips

Lab Results: You can also download and use the Quest Diagnostics Patient Portal to view your lab work quickly and conveniently.

Mobile Check-In: We encourage you to use our mobile self-check-in process before your visit to save time. When you arrive, please still check in with the front desk so we know you’re here.

Stay Connected: Messaging your provider through the portal is one of the fastest ways to ask questions, follow up on care, and get the support you need.

Accessing Your Historical Records

You may notice that your historical medical records are not yet available in the new portal. These records are still accessible—simply submit a medical records request, and our team will be happy to assist you.
