The 2020 Annual Report is Now Available

Penobscot Community Health Care is proud to make available the digital version of our 2020 Annual Report. Inside you’ll see the many efforts and measures we took to provide excellent patient care throughout the most challenging of circumstances.

Resilience and innovation were definitely demanded of all healthcare providers during those challenging months–and so was a new and stronger collaboration with our state leaders.

A third party technology provider for PCHC is experiencing a widespread service interruption. This impacts online payment processing, eligibility verification and claims processing for some insurance providers. Online payments cannot be processed at this time. Patients can make payments by calling our Billing Department directly at (207) 404-8200 option 3. We are working to find alternative ways to serve our patients in the case that this continues to be an issue. We will continue to update our patients as we learn more.
