Jackman Community Health Center

Jackman Community Health Center offers a variety of health care services to the greater Jackman community.

Care is available around the clock at Jackman Community Health Center

• During office hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm. if you require medical attention, you can go to the Health Center. Primary Care is provided by appointment, and acute-care services are also provided by Penobscot
Community Health Care (PCHC).

• After hours: Mon., Tues., and Wed., 5:30 pm – 7:30 am, Thurs. after 5:30 pm, Fri., Sat., and Sun. anytime, go directly to the Health Center at 376 US-201 in Jackman and use the direct dial phone outside to connect with North East Mobile Health Services which will provide paramedic services at the Health Center.
