New & Improved Patient Portal Launching March 24, 2026

We’re excited to introduce our new Patient Portal as part of our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) transition on March 24, 2026. The upgraded portal will provide easier access to medical records, visit summaries, secure messaging, prescription requests, billing information, and more.

Important: Even if you are currently enrolled in our existing patient portal, you will need to sign up for the new portal after March 24, 2026. Enrollment does not transfer automatically.

Patients will be invited to enroll at their next visit, and our team will be happy to assist with the process. We can’t wait to share this enhanced digital experience with you!
