Therapeutic Writings Project: Healing Through Storytelling

Image of PCHC Therapeutic Writings Project, Real Stories. Shared Healing

At PCHC, we believe in the power of storytelling—and in the healing that happens when we share our experiences in a safe, supportive environment. We’re proud to introduce the first volume of the Therapeutic Writings Project, a collection of deeply personal reflections written by patients in our Behavioral Health Services program.

These writings are the result of an evidence-based therapeutic group process, where participants explore their stories through guided writing, thoughtful revision, and shared discussion. In addition to supporting their own treatment journeys, some group members have bravely chosen to share their reflections with the community in the hopes that others may find strength, connection, or hope in their words.

This project is a reminder that even in our darkest moments, we are never truly alone.

Now available: Volume 2
