Vendors, contractors, and consultants doing business with Penobscot Community Health Care (PCHC) are expected to be informed about relevant PCHC compliance policies and procedures and comply with the same. As a vendor, contractor, or consultant, you must review the following policies and procedures:

Vendors must attest that they have reviewed, understand, and agree to comply with PCHC compliance policies and procedures outlined above, as well as applicable federal and state laws and regulations, by signing an attestation form as part of the contracting process. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that any employees or subcontractors working on their behalf also review and agree to comply with said policies.
