Clinical Rotations

We collaborate with academic institutions and learners to support approved clinical rotation experiences when capacity allows. Due to clinical and operational constraints, submission of a request does not guarantee placement.

All clinical rotation requests must be submitted through the Clinical Rotation Request Form.

Who May Submit a Request

Clinical rotation requests may be initiated by either an academic institution or the learner, depending on the program requirements.

What Happens After a Request Is Submitted

Upon receipt of a complete Clinical Rotation Request Form, the Student Liaison will:

  • Review the request for completeness and alignment with organizational capacity
  • Contact potential preceptors on behalf of the learner or school
  • Notify the learner and/or school if and when a placement is confirmed
  • Distribute required onboarding and compliance documentation
  • Initiate a clinical affiliation agreement, if one is not already in place
  • Request a certificate of liability insurance as required

Please note that response times may vary depending on volume, department availability, and receipt of complete documentation.
