Laura Connors, PA-C, Joins PCHC’s Community Care & Geriatrics
Penobscot Community Health Care (PCHC) is pleased to announce that Laura Connors, PA-C, has joined the medical staff of PCHC’s Community Care and Geriatrics whose multi provider team serves patients in area nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, or for in-home visits. Ms. Connors’ practice centers on all aspects of high-quality geriatric medical care, including patient physicals, acute visits, and health care maintenance.
Ms. Connors received her undergraduate degree from Rivier University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science. Prior to joining Penobscot Community Health Care, Ms. Connors received extensive clinical training at hospitals in Maine and New Hampshire, as well as additional experience in orthopedics. Robert Allen, MD, PCHC’s Executive Medical Director, states, “PCHC is very pleased to have Laura Connors, PA-C, on its staff. Laura is bright, energetic, and caring and will be a great help for the patients of Community Care and Geriatrics and their families.”
