Sandra Ewer, FNP, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Joins PCHC
Penobscot Community Health Care (PCHC) is pleased to announce that Sandra Ewer, FNP, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, has joined the providers and staff at Penobscot Community Health Center, 1012 Union Street, Bangor.
Sandra has more than 20 years of nursing experience in the greater Bangor region and is dedicated to providing high quality, individualized women’s health care through the promotion of prevention and wellness. Her women’s health practice centers on women of all ages and she offers annual exams, contraceptive management including procedures, consults regarding abnormal bleeding patterns, fertility management and first trimester pregnancy care. Additionally, Sandra can help patients manage bladder pain syndrome, offer pessary consults, and manage prolapse and incontinence.
Ms. Ewer received both her undergraduate degree and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Husson University. She elected to specialize in Women’s Health services in 2012. Ms. Ewer enjoys educating women about their health and natural changes that occur as they age, and strives to ensure that every woman has a comfortable experience during appointments and examinations.
