Carol Browning, MD, Joins Seaport Community Health Center

Carol Browning, MD, Psychiatrist, has joined the staff of Seaport Community Health Center, 41 Wight Street, Belfast to provide integrated psychiatric care.  Dr. Browning’s will provide consultative services to Seaport’s primary care providers.

 Dr. Browning received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, her Medical Degree from Upstate Medical University, and completed a psychiatric residency at the University of Washington.  Dr. Browning also currently serves at Harbor Family Services and has more than thirteen years of experience providing adult psychiatric services in outpatient settings.  Noah Nesin, MD, FAAFP, PCHC’s Chief Medical Officer, states, “PCHC and Seaport Community Health Center are very pleased to welcome Dr. Browning to the practice.  Dr. Browning has worked in the area for a number of years and is a highly regarded and well respected psychiatrist.  Adding psychiatry consultation and most especially Dr. Browning’s unique experiences and skills is important, and we are all excited about having her join the outstanding SCHC team in serving the greater Belfast community.”

 Seaport Community Health Center is pleased to be open 13 hours per day for patients Monday-Friday from 7am-8pm and on Saturdays from 8am-1pm, and in addition to family medical care, offers Integrated Medicine, Geriatric Care, Care Management, Psychiatry, and Mental Health Services.
