Healthy Harvest 2022
Food and nutrition is such a huge part of our daily life. Not only does the food we put into our bodies fuel us, but it can be the center of our social interaction with family and friends. That’s why Fall is such a great time of year to focus in on our foods, find fun recipes, and learn how we can improve our nutrition with tips and tricks that work for our busy schedules.

Today, as we capped our Healthy Harvest program, we collected the food donations from our locations and dropped off the bounty at the Bangor Region YMCA Food Pantry sponsored by Hannaford.
Thanks to the generosity of our PCHC family, this will go a long way in helping those in need.
