Medication Take-Back Day Planned at Brewer Medical Center

PCHC pharmacy staff will be hosting a medication take-back day at Brewer Medical Center Pharmacy, 735 Wilson Street, Brewer, on October 15^th 10am-2pm. The public can turn in unwanted or expired medications for proper disposal. Local police departments will be on-hand to safely dispose of them. The event is free and open to the public. A third party technology provider for PCHC is experiencing a widespread service interruption. This impacts online payment processing, eligibility verification and claims processing for some insurance providers. Online payments cannot be processed at this time. Patients can make payments by calling our Billing Department directly at (207) 404-8200 option 3. We are working to find alternative ways to serve our patients in the case that this continues to be an issue. We will continue to update our patients as we learn more.
