Billing

Co-payment is required at the time of service. As a courtesy, PCHC will bill your insurance company. If you do not have insurance or are underinsured, we offer an Affordable Care Program which provides reduced rates for those who qualify.

If you require a payment plan, you may contact our Billing Department for assistance in setting up a reasonable schedule.

To send a payment, tear off the bottom of the PCHC invoice at the perforation and send with your payment in the envelope provided. Payments should be mailed to:

Payments can be made by check, money order or credit card payment. PCHC accepts most insurances, MaineCare, Medicare and self-pay.
