PCHC Observes Medical Lab Professionals Week

This week is Medical Lab Professionals Week, and we’d like to celebrate and honor a group that plays such a vital role in caring for our community members. Our small but mighty lab staff works tirelessly to process tests and data to give our providers the information needed to treat our patients. Hear from some of our lab professionals as they talk about their work, what it was like to work through COVID, and what they enjoy best about working at the PCHC lab. A third party technology provider for PCHC is experiencing a widespread service interruption. This impacts online payment processing, eligibility verification and claims processing for some insurance providers. Online payments cannot be processed at this time. Patients can make payments by calling our Billing Department directly at (207) 404-8200 option 3. We are working to find alternative ways to serve our patients in the case that this continues to be an issue. We will continue to update our patients as we learn more.
