Family Nurse Practitioner

Destiny Reynolds, FNP-C, joined PCHC in 2018. She graduated from her RN Program in 2009 and began her career at Duke University in the Adult Cardiac Stepdown Unit. In 2011, Ms. Reynolds transferred to the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. She spent the last 7 years caring for newborns and young adults with heart defects.

At PCHC, Ms. Reynolds’ practice centers on all aspects of high-quality, compassionate medical care for adult and pediatric patients, including patient physicals and health care maintenance. She also specializes in Women’s Health services.

In her free time, Ms. Reynolds enjoys ballroom dancing, crafting, reading, and spending time with her husband and their bulldog, named Duke.
