Sarah Smiley to Speak at Unlimited Solutions Clubhouse
PCHC’s Unlimited Solutions Clubhouse is pleased to invite the public to join them on Wednesday, May 28th at 9:00am as Sarah Smiley speaks at their 30 Summer Street, Bangor, location as part of their Mental Health Month events. Sarah is a syndicated newspaper columnist, author, and navy wife, who plans to speak to the group about Working with Depression. Learn more about Sarah Smiley’s experience living with depression in her article “Learning from Lincoln and my battle with depression”. Carrie Lemos, OTR/L, MHRT/C, Executive Director, states, “We are very excited for Mrs. Smiley to share her experiences with us.”

The Unlimited Solutions Clubhouse serves more than 100 members and focuses on recovery from mental illness through the use of a therapeutic environment that includes work responsibilities within the Clubhouse and in the community resulting in meaningful relationships, increase self-sufficiency and an overall improved quality of life. The Unlimited Solutions Clubhouse will provide those with mental illness an opportunity to stop being seen as a condition but as a vital person. As such, individuals are healthy, productive, and self-sufficient members of a more responsible community.
