Amelia Nealley, PA, Physician Assistant Joins PCHC’s Community Care & Geriatrics

We are pleased to announce that Amelia Nealley, PA, has joined the medical staff of PCHC’s Community Care and Geriatrics, whose multi provider team serves patients in area nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, or for in-home visits. Ms. Nealley’s practice centers on all aspects of high-quality nursing home care, including patient physicals, acute visits, and health care maintenance.

Ms. Nealley received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS University in Manchester, NH. Prior to joining Penobscot Community Health Care, Ms. Nealley completed her rotations at various healthcare centers across the state including two rotations with PCHC. Ms. Nealley also worked at Penobscot Pediatrics before graduate school. Noah Nesin, MD, FAAFP, PCHC’s Chief Medical Officer states, “Ms. Nealley’s commitment to this community and passion for primary care make her an important addition to our Community Care and Geriatrics team” .
