COVID Vaccine FAQ

PCHC has shifted its vaccination program from its central administration building to its practices. To be scheduled for a COVID-19 vaccination we ask that you reach out to the patient communication team who will triage you to the appropriate practice. You can reach them by dialing (207) 404-8100.

VACCINE INFORMATION:
Moderna and Johnson & Johnson are available to anyone 18 and over and Pfizer has a vaccine available to children aged 5-11 and one for patients that are 12 and up.

BOOSTER INFORMATION:
Boosters are available to anyone age 12 and up, who completed their Pfizer or Moderna at least five months prior to time of the booster appointment. 

Those that received a Johnson & Johnson initial dose, can still get a booster of either Pfizer, Moderna or J&J, two months after their initial J&J inoculation.
