Health Care Options Session Planned for Old Town Mill Workers & Their Families 9/17
PCHC has teamed with several local health care organizations and health insurance carriers to provide a health care options session for workers of Old Town Fuel and Fiber and their families. Please join us Wednesday, September 17 at the Old Town YMCA from 9 am – 11:30 pm for a Health Care Options Session. Flu shots will be available for workers and their families from 8:30-9:00am and 10:30-11:30am. Those interested should please be sure to bring their insurance card.

What: Health Care Options Session for Old Town Fuel and Fiber workers and their families
When: Wednesday, September 17th 9 am – 11:30 pm
Location: Old Town YMCA, 472 Stillwater Ave, Old Town
Details: Area organizations will be available to discuss health care options and other available resources. Flu shots will also be available.
Representatives from the following organizations will be invited to talk with workers about current health care needs, future health insurance options, and other resources they may qualify for:
- Penobscot Community Health Care and Helen Hunt Health Center
- Eastern Maine Health Systems
- Maine Community Health Options
- Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- Eastern Area on Aging
There will be a large group question and answer session from 9-10:30 am with an informational fair following. Workers and their families will be able to ask more individual questions or set appointments to discuss concerns. Representatives from the Career Center, Penquis, and other area resources will also be in attendance.
