PCHC Dental Center Welcomes New Residents
PCHC Dental Center has welcomed four new General Practice Dental Residents, under the direction of Philip Higgins, Jr., DMD Chief Dental Officer and General Practice Residency Director.
General Practice Dental Residents Mark Franklin, DDS, Owen Johnson, DDS, Peter Levandoski, DMD, and Natalie Sigwart, DDS, joined PCHC Dental Center in July, and Jenna Gaw, DDS, will join PCHC Dental Center in August. PCHC graduated Wendy Cardenas, DMD, Sonja Evans, DMD, Erin Guttormson, DDS, and Mohammad Khosousi, DDS, from the General Practice Dental Residency at a ceremony on June 19th. PCHC began the General Practice Dental Residency Program in 2009 to address the dental workforce shortage in Maine and to attract qualified dental professionals to the area. The program has proven successful and a number of graduates have joined PCHC full-time or have stayed to practice in Maine.
