Join a community of visionary early donors launching the PCHC Foundation–and with it, a healthier, more vibrant future for Maine. Your commitment now is more than a donation; it’s a foundational investment that will ensure essential health care services, programs, and systems are in place for generations to come.

We have created the Founders Society to recognize and celebrate the vision and generosity of our earliest supporters. A leadership gift of $2,500 places you in a pivotal role, securing the resources required to build the vital infrastructure, innovative programs, and lasting services that will define the future of health care in our community.

Membership criteria:

A minimum donation of $2,500
Contributions may be made as a one-time gift or pledged over the period ending December 31, 2026
Pledges may be fulfilled monthly, quarterly, or other agreed upon installments
Inaugural members: early contributors will receive special recognition for their pioneering spirit during this foundational phase

Giving Circle	Gift Range	Recognition & Benefits
Sustainer Circle	$2,500 to $4,999	Your name on the Founders Society plaque (if pledge is fulfilled by 12/31/26), and invitations to exclusive Foundation gatherings.
Builder Circle	$5000 to $14,999	All Sustainer Circle benefits, plus featured listing on the Foundation website and a personal thank-you call from Foundation leadership.
Advocate Circle	$15,000 to $24,999	All Builder Circle benefits, plus customized recognition at Foundation events and early access to program briefings and reports.
Champion Circle	$25,000 to $49,999	All Advocate Circle benefits, plus invitations to private leadership roundtables and priority placement in print and digital publications.
Visionary Circle	$50,000 & above	All Champion Circle benefits, plus eligibility for naming opportunities, a tailored engagement plan with Foundation leadership, and spotlight features in Foundation storytelling campaigns

The mission of the PCHC Foundation is to advance the charitable mission of Penobscot Community Health Care by supporting the infrastructure, workforce, and innovation that make excellent primary healthcare possible and available to all.

The PCHC Foundation exists to build a Maine where the primary healthcare system is strong and high functioning, and where primary care works on behalf of all Mainers to support economic and social prosperity, disease prevention, wellness, and our quality of life.
