For leadership gifts of $2500 or more, we have created the Founders Society to recognize and celebrate the vision and generosity of our earliest supporters. A leadership gift places you in a pivotal role, securing the resources required to build the vital infrastructure, innovative programs, and lasting services that will define the future of health care in our community.
Founders Society Membership criteria:
- A minimum donation of $2,500
- Contributions may be made as a one-time gift or pledged over the period ending December 31, 2026
- Pledges may be fulfilled monthly, quarterly, or other agreed upon installments
- Inaugural members: early contributors will receive special recognition for their pioneering spirit during this foundational phase

| Champion Circle | $25,000 – $49,999 | All Advocate Circle benefits, plus invitations to private leadership roundtables and priority placement in print and digital publications. |
| Visionary Circle | $50,000 & above | All Champion Circle benefits, plus eligibility for naming opportunities, a tailored engagement plan with Foundation leadership, and spotlight features in Foundation storytelling campaigns. |
