Victor Hwang, DMD, Joins PCHC Dental Center
We are pleased to announce that Victor Hwang, DMD, has joined the staff of PCHC Dental Center, 1048 Union Street, Bangor to provide high-quality oral health care, including management of medically complex patients.
Victor Hwang, received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University, Binghamton, NY, and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Prior to joining PCHC, Dr. Hwang served at Commwell Health a Federally Qualified Health Center in Salemburg, North Carolina.
Philip Higgins, Jr., DMD, Dental Director, states, “We are happy that Dr. Hwang has joined us from a public health background in dentistry. His years of experience in a setting such as ours will benefit our PCHC Dental Center patients. He looks forward to mentoring our Dental Residents, as well as our 4th year externs from the University of New England’s School of Dentistry. Dr. Hwang is eagerly building his own panel of patients for their continuing dental care.”
