Jackman Community Health Center

Jackman Community Health Center offers a variety of health services to the greater Jackman community.

• During office hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm Primary Care is provided by appointment, and acute care is provided by Penobscot Community Health Care (PCHC). If you require medical attention, please go directly to the health center.

• After hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 5:30 pm – 7:30 am; Thursday after 5:30 pm, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday emergency medical services are available at the health center provided by North East Mobile Health Services (NEMHS). If you require emergency medical attention, call 911 or go directly to the Jackman Community Health Center at 376 (US 201) Main Street in Jackman and use the direct dial phone outside to connect with North East Mobile Health Services which will provide emergency medical services.
