Penobscot Community Health Center is a practice of PCHC (Penobscot Community Health Care). When PCHC was incorporated in 1997, Penobscot Community Health Center on Union Street in Bangor was our first practice. Twenty years later, Penobscot Community Health Center has expanded hours and services, but still provides the same high-quality health care you have come to expect from PCHC. From your head to your feet, we’ll take care of you here.

Attention Patients:
The patient entrance for PCHCenter is through the Pharmacy/Walk-in Care door. PCHCenter is serving patients with scheduled appointments at this time. If you are seeking walk-in care services, please consider an alternate location.
